Popis práce Join a team of entry level and experienced professionals that performs contract management and administration tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual looking to step in to a Contracts Manager role, working for an ambitious and expanding company, where you will be provided with extensive training in order for you to progress in to a Contracts Manager position.

We are searching for Contracts Representative s who s primarily tasks are risk evaluation, business focused support and mentorship to the EMEAI Law&Contracts organizations with respect to non-disclosure and proprietary agreements with the customers. They make sure that final contractual documents are aligned with the companies guidelines, policies and procedures and that the Honeywell interests and proprietary information are protected in the right manner.

Key Responsibilities
Provides overall contractual support with respect to non-disclosure and proprietary information agreement;
Identifies and mitigates risks connected with non-standard conditions and customer supplier-directed changes in draft documents;
Handle communication with the Customer Support Centre regarding the flow and administration of the related activities
Advises internal clients (sales and purchasing managers) with regard to legal and contractual requirements related to non-disclosure and proprietary information agreement and Honeywell s standards
Ensures compliance with corporate policies and procedures applicable to contracting and contract management; including liaison with the Law Department and other functions for the review and approval of unusual terms
Požadavky Min of Bachelor s degree.
Very good knowledge of English (both spoken and written).
0-2 years experience with international law firm or multinational corporation (an advantage).
Experience in negotiating projects
High level communications skills (both oral and written); ability to function as member of virtual team.
Integrity and strong focus on compliance with internal standards and policies.
Sound business discernment, problem solving and analytical skills.
Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks within time constraints.
Independent dedicated and friendly personality.
