We are looking for a Junior Legal Counsel to support our IT consulting team. This role is suitable for someone with initial experience or a strong interest in IT law, technology-related contracts, and compliance. You will work closely with senior legal colleagues and internal teams to help ensure smooth legal operations across our projects.
Key responsibilities:
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and revising contracts with clients, vendors, and partners.
Support legal tasks related to IT projects, including software implementation, licensing, and cloud services.
Help assess regulatory and data protection requirements (e.g., GDPR) under the guidance of senior colleagues.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify potential legal risks and ensure compliance.
Conduct research on IT, technology, commercial law, and relevant industry regulations.
Provide administrative and legal support to internal corporate processes.
What we expect:
Law degree (Master’s).
Initial experience or internship in commercial, corporate, or IT law is an advantage, but not required.
Basic understanding of contract law, software licensing, or data protection regulations (GDPR) is welcome.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn.
Good communication and drafting skills in English.
Ability to work in a team and pay attention to detail. |
