the Join our team! We are opening a global Legal Counsel position in Znojmo – a role that connects a
local environment with international business.
What you will do:
Draft, review, and negotiate key commercial contracts across the group’s business activities.
Support legal workstreams in projects and deliver practical, business-oriented legal solutions.
Prepare documentation and analyses for the group’s management and assist in implementing decisions.
Carry out compliance activities in different jurisdictions – prevention, ethics, whistleblowing, training,
internal investigations, and monitoring.
Coordinate with external legal advisors worldwide and ensure effective cooperation.
Who we are looking for:
You have a law degree and at leastt 2 years of
proven experience in a legal role.
Solid knowledge of contract law, corporate law,
and compliance regulations.
Professional in English, both written and spoken.
You enjoy learning new things.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a
team, taking ownership of assigned tasks.
You see things through to the end, and you have
good communication skills.
