👨🔬 In this role you will
Drive product and strategic decisions by acting as the regulatory brain behind our platform—your interpretation of the rules will directly shape how we build features, automate decisions, and prioritize development.
Define what's important—and what's not—by helping us and our users focus on the regulatory areas that truly matter. You’ll cut through legal noise to identify what’s enforceable, automatable, and impactful.
Shape the future of financial compliance by rethinking how compliance is designed, delivered, and experienced—bringing legal intuition into a fully tech-enabled workflow.
Collaborate with our AI and engineering team to bring legal logic to life—working with prompt engineers, data scientists, and product managers to build smarter compliance tools.
Test AI models to ensure they align with real-world legal and regulatory expectations—your expertise will guide where models perform well and where they need tuning.
Optionally learn and work hands-on with AI—from model evaluation and fine-tuning to regulatory prompt design. If you’re curious about how legal reasoning can be encoded in LLMs or other models, this is your playground.
Become the trusted voice of regulation in product—working directly with clients, engineers, and leadership to build scalable solutions that don’t just meet compliance—but rethink how it’s done.
📖 Qualifications
Degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field; additional compliance certifications (e.g., ICA, ACAMS) are a plus.
4 – 8 years of relevant experience in legal and/or compliance roles in fintech, crypto, banking, or regulatory bodies.
Strong understanding of EU/US financial regulations such as MiCA, DORA, PSD2/3, EU AI Act, EMIR, MiFIR, MiFID II, GDPR, HMDA, TILA, REG Z, and similar.
Experience with digital assets, payments, or embedded finance is highly desirable.
Excellent legal drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to translate legalese into actionable business advice.
Proven ability to manage regulatory projects and interact with regulators confidently.
Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional EU language (e.g., German, French) is advantageous. |
