As our new team member and Business Developer/Expansion specialist, you will play a crucial role in the further expansion of our project, which aims to assist people in difficult life situations. Kompenzo has been successfully aiding individuals who have suffered various forms of personal injury since 2013 and is now seeking to expand further.
We collaborate with qualified professionals from top-tier law firms throughout Europe who provide legal representation. If you are a motivated, detail-oriented individual seeking to collaborate with professionals from leading law firms across Europe and with clients from diverse business sectors, don't hesitate to introduce yourself to us!
What Will You Do?
You will establish partnerships with various entities, including foundations, publishers, insurance companies, travel agencies, rehabilitation centers, towing service companies, and more – all of which deal with individuals who may require our assistance. The entire process, from researching potential partner firms to negotiating the best offers and meeting them in person, will largely be your responsibility.
What Does the Team Look Like?
You will work directly with the CEO of the company Lukas as well as other team members (approximately 10 individuals are currently working on this project internally). We are a small team of young enthusiasts, ensuring our services reach over 20 markets. We foster an open-minded environment, where discussion and collaboration drive progress. Additionally, Kompenzo is part of the LitFin Group, allowing for learning and collaboration opportunities with colleagues working on different projects in the same office space.
How Will Your First Days Unfold?
During the onboarding process and beyond, the entire team will offer assistance and collaboration. We will collectively establish goals and determine the direction of our cooperation. As a Business Developer, you will enjoy a high level of autonomy, particularly in initiating new partnerships. However, our team will be readily available to support you, drawing from our own experiences.

What Is Our Job Application Process Like?
Typically, initial contact is made over the phone with our HR colleague, followed by a personal/online meeting at our office if agreed upon.
