Are you studying law and want to be part of a tech company? Currently we are looking for a talented student to support the Legal and Compliance department on a part-time or even full-time basis.
What makes you a great candidate?
• High work commitment and an active problem-solving approach.
• Law student (or related studies in law/economics).
• Previous experience in a law firm is an advantage (but not a requirement).
• Interest in the fast-evolving energy markets and renewable energy sources.
• English at B2 level, German is an advantage.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Availability of working part-time (at least 3 days per week).

What would you work on?
• Provide legal support for the in-house legal agenda dealing with the day-to-day business needs of the foundation, including corporate matters, employment issues, compliance and contracts agenda.
• DMS (document management system) administration, the maintenance and updates of legal templates.
• Support in liaising with authorities, public administration bodies, courts and notaries on corporate and compliance matters.
• Conduct analysis in regulatory agenda related to energy law and monitor legal developments.
• Assist with the electricity market access agenda and contracting matters (contracts, market rules, power purchase negotiations, cross-border trading rules).
• Engage in regular communication with Operations teams. |
