Join Zentiva’s vibrant and dynamic international legal team, where passion for excellence meets a commitment to reducing legal risk across borders. This role is crucial in driving legal clarity and compliance within a diverse, collaborative, and forward-thinking environment at Zentiva HQ. You’ll work externally with an enthusiastic team of experts, navigating complex legal landscapes to support Zentiva’s mission and protect its interests on a global scale.
Core Responsibilities:
- Legal Advisory & Support: Provide comprehensive legal advice to company management and coordinate external legal services where needed.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Act as a legal expert, offering specialized support and recommendations for matters related to the Gx business, requiring multi-country coordination.
- Project Involvement: Provide consultancy and active support on strategic projects in development, manufacturing, and distribution, particularly for licensing agreements with regional or global implications.
- Contract & Legal Relationship Management: Oversee the drafting, review, and approval of complex agreements and represent Zentiva in engagements with regulatory authorities.
- Regulatory & Policy Development: Draft and implement corporate policies and guidelines; conduct training sessions to ensure compliance and awareness among internal stakeholders.
- General Legal Support: Address additional legal issues based on capacity and expertise. |

Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Master's degree in Czech Law.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in contract drafting, negotiation, and commercial law, preferably with experience in the pharmaceutical sector; bar exam completion is an advantage.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English.
