Are you a skilled legal professional seeking a challenging new role in a dynamic company?
At PHOTOMATE, we're currently seeking a new colleague—a Lawyer to join our legal team in Prague.
In this role, you'll ensure our business operates smoothly within the boundaries of the law.
We are a provider of comprehensive solutions in the field of renewable energy, distributor of solar inverters, battery storage systems, charging stations for e-vehicles, and heat pumps in Central & Eastern Europe, Scandinavia, and Central Asia.
As our Lawyer, you will primarily handle a variety of general legal matters crucial to our operations. This includes providing strategic legal advice to support our business objectives, managing our contractual and corporate agenda (including court registrations and executive changes), offering legal support to the company and its international branches, liaising with institutions, and negotiating with business partners, clients, and suppliers. You'll also cooperate with our international legal partners. |
| Požadavky |
We're looking for someone who is independent, polite, well-organized, capable of multitasking, adaptable to change and proficient in English communication (minimum C1 level). You should enjoy working in a multicultural environment and be willing to travel.
Additionally, proficiency in MS Office 365 and a valid driving license (B) are required, along with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
